We combine listing discovery, “Spruce Up” on site listing cleanup, NCREC ANSI Z765–aligned (square footage method) measured floor plans, clear property documentation, and practical tech services with the visuals that move listings:

• Interior/exterior photography
• FAA Part 107 aerial photos and short-form video (coming soon)
• Labeled floor plans, heated vs. non-heated, and GLA (Gross Living Area) reporting
• 2D/3D plan outputs and simple single-link microsites

Once certified under the FAA’s Part 107, Scout & Aerial will offer licensed aerial photography and videography for real-estate marketing, land documentation, and inspection support. Every flight will be compliant, insured, and shot with cinematic precision for both beauty and clarity.
NC Notary Services Goal

The plan includes obtaining an active North Carolina Notary Public commission with mobile service and Remote Online Notarization (RON) capabilities. This will let clients securely sign real-estate documents anywhere — in person, on-site, or virtually with verified digital stamps.
Pickup Truck Goal
Pickup hauling for signs & small jobs.

A dedicated vehicle is being added for local hauling, sign and lockbox installations, small delivery runs, and on-site assistance. It makes logistics faster, safer, and more flexible — no more waiting on third-party installers or borrowing a truck from a friend named “Big Mike.”
